Kelly Pfledderer
Board Chairman
Kelly is the founder and CEO of Haywire. He founded Apparatus, an internet infrastructure company, in 1999 and led the company until its acquisition in 2015. He has served on several boards, including the Economic Club of Indianapolis, TechPoint, and Indiana Farmers Insurance.
Mark Hill
Advisor
Mark Hill is a seasoned entrepreneur and early-stage investor with 45 years of experience building and backing companies. Earning his MBA from the Kelley School of Business, Mark currently serves as Managing Partner of Collina Ventures.
Mark's contributions to the Indiana business community have earned him recognition in the IBJ Indiana 250 in both 2022 and 2023. He has also served in various nonprofit leadership roles, including Chairman for multiple nonprofit organizations throughout his career.
Doug Moore
Advisor
Doug Moore is CEO and president of R.T. Moore, a full-service commercial and residential mechanical contractor. A graduate of Purdue University, Doug earned his BS in mechanical engineering and currently holds professional engineering certificates in four states.
Doug began his career at R.T. Moore in the 1970s before purchasing the company from his father in 1985. Under Doug's leadership, R.T. Moore has become one of the largest mechanical contractors in the nation, extending its reach to multifamily and residential projects in more than 20 states.
Aman Brar
Advisor
Aman is a technology executive and investor, with an MBA from the Kelley School of Business and 26 years of experience leading companies through periods of high growth. He has served as president and CEO for several startups, including Canvas (the first enterprise-grade text-based interviewing platform), which was later acquired by Jobvite, and venture capital firm Ground Game, which he currently leads.
Aman advises a number of start-up and growth-stage technology companies, and currently serves on multiple boards for both nonprofit and for-profit companies.
